Below are a couple of the scheduled presentations coming up in October on behalf of REIE.
On Tuesday, October 2nd, Bill McCloskey will present a class on how to write up and put together a 1031 exchange for escrow. Bill’s company, Allison-McCloskey Escrow, is the “go to” company on where to go to successfully close exchange and, in fact any, detailed real estate and business transaction. Bill will explain how to work around the fact that the California Association of REALTORS® Zipforms library does not contain a standard form for a 1031 exchanges. This is a must class for anyone who hopes to close a 1031 exchange.
On Tuesday, October 9th, Robert Dudek is sponsoring a talk at the beginning of their regular meeting. Robert, who is president of the Blu Summit Real Estate Group, works with Supreme Auctions. Robert and his associates will explain their successful accelerated marketing program for luxury homes. This programs presents an opportunity for agents to make large commissions quickly.
