Hey Everyone!
According to Wikipedia, the fear of Friday the 13th has been called “paraskevidekatriaphobia[10][11] a concatenation of the Greek words Paraskeví (Παρασκευή, meaning “Friday”), and dekatreís (δεκατρείς, meaning “thirteen”) attached to phobía (φοβία, from phóbos, φόβος, meaning “fear”). According to folklorists, there is no written evidence for a “Friday the 13th” superstition before the 19th century.” The historic records state many possible reasons why this day is considered unlucky in Western superstition. If you have any fears or anxieties about this day, perhaps more information on the origins of this superstition may be helpful in managing some of the anxieties associated with it.
