Hi Friends!
This is your Hard Money Lender in Tucson and the Southern Arizona area, Billy A with more Nationwide Mortgage news from my friend Herman Thordsen (www.lendinglaw.com). This report covers information on foreclosure, deficiencies and importantly a government advertisement in a local newspaper that might entitle you to some money if foreclosed upon. The first article deals with the government ad and if not dealing with the government or someone wants to charge hang up and go elsewhere
The second article also about foreclosure is about being sued when you have a second mortgage and the fact that in some cases it can be done. About 35 states allow lawsuits on foreclosures where there is a deficiency after the sale. E.g. Nevada allows 6 months to sue on a non judicial foreclosure of the first trust deed and now 6 months on the second trust deed ( it used to be six years.)
