Properties. Beth purports that Multi-family properties remain HOT, with a third of sales in the last month going to large institutional investors. Industrial, office, and retail remain attractive to both owner-occupants and investors, with large institutional investors contributing to 18% of industrial, 10% of office, and 13% of retail sales over the last month. On the land front, both home builders and commercial developers are becoming increasingly active (16 commercial land deals, and 14 residential development deals in just the last month).
